Visiting the AFM / AFTRA Fund’s Office,

The AFM / AFTRA Fund is located @ 11846 Ventura Bl., 3rd Floor, (corner of Ventura Boulevard and Carpenter) in Studio City, CA.

Any participant who would like to transact business in person is welcome to do so. It is strongly advised, however, that you arrange an appointment in advance. This is recommended to ensure that a staff member will be available to meet with you and, more important, that any necessary materials and records are ready and accessible ~ making your visit most productive. Finally, it is also a security measure to protect Fund staff. 

If you plan to visit, please contact the Fund office at least a few hours in advance of your visit so that your name can be included on the Visitor Guest list maintained at the front desk.  If you know the person with whom you will be meeting, please provide their name when you call. If not, please give a brief description of the nature of your planned visit so that we may best prepare for you.
